The Hub Stage Sponsorship Tiers & Types

  • Presenting Sponsor ($15,000): Exclusive sponsorship includes up to one hour of podcast sessions, premium logo placement, and branded giveaways. Post-event, sponsors receive hosted podcast content and extensive promotional exposure.
  • Supporting Sponsor ($10,000): Offers a 30-minute podcast session and logo visibility on event signage and promotional materials. Sponsors also gain pre- and post-event exposure through email campaigns, social media, and podcast hosting.
  • New Product Showcase Bundle ($7,500): Includes a podcast interview and a digital product poster featured in the showcase area. Sponsors benefit from “Best New Product” voting and post-event editorial coverage in Solar Builder.
  • Stage Sponsor ($5,000): Provides a 30-minute podcast session and branding on event signage and materials. Sponsors receive pre-event promotion and post-event podcast content hosted for 18 months.
  • Coffee Bar Sponsor ($6,000): Features branded specialty coffee services with signage and napkins. Sponsors are promoted on the Hub landing page and gain onsite visibility.
  • Booth Spotlight ($7,000): Includes a 15-minute filmed interview at the sponsor's booth with a professionally produced video. Sponsors also get a lead-capturing landing page and social media promotion.
  • On-the-Pulse ($2,500): Includes a 10-minute  podcast session on the HUB Podcast Stage.
